1. The service

Sponsoring Facile lets you run ads for your own Facebook Page (and Instagram) through our advertising account.

2. Your Page and content

You must be an admin of the Page and own the content you promote (texts, photos, videos).

3. Ad rules

Ads must follow Meta's advertising policies and Tunisian law. We can pause or refuse any ad that does not.

4. Payment and balance

• Budgets are prepaid in DT from your wallet.
• Ads stop when the balance is too low.
• Our service fee is included in the displayed price.
• Amounts already spent are not refundable. Unused balance can be refunded on request.

5. Results

We do not guarantee results (people reached, interactions, sales). Meta may reject or limit ads and we are not responsible for its decisions.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts in case of abuse or fraud.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
