Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Account: business name, phone, email, password (encrypted, we never see it).
• Page: link, ID and name of the Facebook Page and Instagram account, posts chosen for promotion.
• Payment: top-up amount and payment proof screenshot. We never receive card numbers.
• Advertising: ads, budget, dates, chosen audience and results.
• Technical: security logs (sign-ins, errors) to protect the service.

2. How we use it

• Create your account and verify that you control the Page.
• Create, run, pause and report on your ads using Meta's advertising tools.
• Manage your balance and confirm your payments.
• Contact you about your account or ads.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Admin access to your Page is used only to run the ads you request and read their results. We do not post on your Page, send messages on your behalf, or access personal profiles.

You can remove this access at any time in your Page settings. Meta's policies also apply.

4. Sharing

We never sell your data. It is shared only with Meta (to run the ads), with our hosting and database provider, and with authorities when the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for our accounting and legal duties. It is then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account from the Profile tab or by email. We answer within 30 days. You also have the rights given by Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection.

7. Data deletion

8. Security

Access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and private storage for payment proofs, visible only to you and to our administration.

9. Children

The service is for businesses and adults.

10. Changes

The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
